✦ Dream recall

Remember your dreams before they fade.

Dream memory is fragile. A few quiet habits upon waking can help you preserve more images, emotions and stories.

Prepare before sleep

Keep your journal within reach and set a gentle intention: “When I wake, I will remember one detail.” Avoid turning recall into a test.

Stay still upon waking

Before looking at a screen or getting up, notice your position and your mood. Recover the last image, then follow the dream backwards.

Record fragments

A colour, place, sentence or emotion is enough. Writing fragments trains attention and often brings back more of the story.
